HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR MY COLOR ANALYSIS?

Best practice is to come makeup free so that we can get an accurate reading on your skin... and most importantly prepare to be amazed at what color can instantly do to change your appearance and confidence.
IF I GET A COLOR ANALYSIS, WILL MY SISTER AND MOM BE IN THE SAME PALETTE AS WELL?

Your coloring is inherited from previous generations, there are some families who are all the same and others who are all different.
DO I NEED TO GET A COLOR ANALYSIS IN WINTER AND SUMMER AS MY SKIN TONE CHANGES?

No, we can still successfully measure your undertones no matter the amount of sun exposure to your skin,
CAN ANYONE BOOK A JAPANESE HEAD SPA EXPERIENCE?

Yes, anyone, male or female, 14 and older, may book a head spa service. The only restrictions are that you must not have any extensions, weaves, twists, tape-ins, braids, locs, etc. in your hair at the time of your service.. We cannot guarantee the preservation of these styles nor can we properly cleanse and detox your scalp and hair with the manipulations and tools we use.
CAN I GET A HEAD SPA TREATMENT IF I'M PREGNANT?

We use botanical and natural ingredients, therefore, it is typically safe for our pregnant customers. Some guests may be concerned with certain herbs and oils such as lavender while they are expecting. Please consult your doctor to see if there is anything you should avoid. You must also be able to tolerate laying flat for the duration of the service. We also have some comfort items like bolsters and blankets as needed.
WILL YOU DRY MY HAIR AFTER MY HEAD SPA SERVICE?

Your head spa service will end with a comb out, a towel dry to remove some of the moisture from your hair and a reexamination of your scalp. There is an option when booking for a blow dry and style if you prefer to leave with dry hair.
CAN MY FRIEND AND I GET SERVICES LIKE THE HEAD SPA DONE AT THE SAME TIME?

. We only allow small group bookings for color analysis. All other services are booked one on one with your service provider. You may book back to back appointments and quietly wait inside the treatment room or outside in our waiting area while your friend is having her service done.

If the doors are locked there is a keypad to the right of the door, touch the menu and look for "Rooted Rituals" or #203
