CANCELLATION POLICY
IN ORDER TO CONTINUE PROVIDING THE BEST POSSIBLE SCHEDULING OPTIONS TO OUR GUESTS, WE REQUIRE A 24 HOUR NOTICE IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR VISIT. SHOULD YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE, A $50 PER SERVICE CANCEL FEE APPLIES, AND WILL BE DUE BEFORE A NEW APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED. NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THEIR SERVICE TOTAL.
CHILD POLICY
WE ARE COMMITTED TO A RELAXING AND STRESS FREE ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL OF OUR GUESTS. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ACCOMPANY OUR GUESTS TO THE SALON. IF THEY REQUIRE HAIR SERVICES, WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU SCHEDULE THEM ON A SEPARATE DAY TO ENSURE THEIR SAFETY, AND EQUALLY IMPORTANT...SO MOM CAN ENJOY HER VISIT.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENT AND RETAIL RETURN POLICY
WE STRIVE TO OFFER GUESTS THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF SATISFACTION. IF YOU ARE HAVING CHALLENGES WITH YOUR CUT OR COLOR, PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR VISIT AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO CORRECT THE ISSUE. SHOULD YOU MAKE A RETAIL PURCHASE THAT YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH, WE WILL ACCEPT RETAIL EXCHANGES AT FULL CREDIT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
